Adult Program

Adult Program GRFTThe Grand River Fly Tyers have always had a passion for educating the art of tying and fly casting/fishing. We not only hold a youth education program, but also an adult education program as well. One important aspect to our club is that we accept everyone; youth, and adults alike, ladies you are welcome too. In fact several of our members also belong to the Flygirls of Michigan. If you would like to learn to tie or fish this is the club for you.

Our adult program is designed much like our youth program. An adult will be taught the basics of tying and fly fishing. This is a hands on course. They will learn how to use the flies they tied to catch fish. Our main objective for the adult program along with the youth program is to teach the sport of fly tying and fly fishing.
